Soak rice into clean water and add suitable yeast to make distillers grains. Twenty four hours after the first soaking, carry out second soaking in the same way as the first soaking.
Ferment the distillers grains, and add various medicinal herbs on the third day of fermentation. Maintain best temperature during the fermentation to make the best liquor. After 15 days, strain liquor through sieve.
After the fermentation, the liquor is measured for the alcohol degree and other content, and transferred to low temperature storing tank.
After aging specific time in low temperature storing tank for the development of typical taste of traditional liquor, the liquor is measured for its content, sterilized and put into the bottles.
